Deletes the label with the given name from all snapshots of the library. The response has no body. Requires read-write permission on the library.

Note: The API also works if snapshot labels are not shown in the web interface. That setting (off by default) only controls whether the web interface shows labels and whether the library history (GET /api/v2.1/repos/{repo_id}/history/) returns them in the field tags.
