Batch delete items

https://{server}/api/v2.1/repos/batch-delete-item/

Delete several files/folders in one folder. Requires delete permission on parent_dir; sub folders with their own folder permission must be rw or cloud-edit.

Since SecureCloud 13.0 a file locked by another user returns 423 Locked (previously 403).
