Decrypt (set password) or rename the library, selected by the query parameter op:

• setpassword (default): send password in the form body to unlock an encrypted library for the current user.
• rename: send repo_name (and optionally repo_desc); only the library owner may rename.
• checkpassword: verify the query parameter magic against the library.
