Add a department

Create a new department (address book group) and return its information. The quota of a new department is unlimited (-2).

Available in SecureCloud Pro only.

Permission: System admin.

Department name. Allowed: letters, numbers, spaces, hyphen, dot, single quote, brackets, underscore. Must be unique.

Owner of the department.

ID of the parent department, or -1 for a top-level department.

Name invalid or already used, or parent_group invalid.

403

Not a system admin.

Internal server error.
