Create a share link for a file, a folder or the whole library (path = /). Requires a token with rw permission.

• The link is created in the name of the user who generated the API token, and is limited by that user's permission on path.
• If permissions is omitted, the link allows preview and download. can_upload is only possible for folders with read-write permission; can_edit only for editable files.
• Links for encrypted libraries cannot be created.
• This endpoint does not support password protection or an expiration date.
