Create (operation=mkdir) or rename (operation=rename) a directory. p is the full path of the directory to create/rename and must not be /.

• Create: requires the create right on the parent folder (since SecureCloud 13.0 also granted by custom permissions with create right). If the name already exists, the new directory is renamed automatically (e.g. folder (1)). With create_parents=true all missing parent folders are created (create right on the library root required). Returns 201 with header Location; with query reloaddir=true the listing of the parent directory is returned instead.
• Rename: requires edit permission on the folder. If newname equals the old name, nothing is done and success is returned. If newname already exists, the folder is renamed automatically.
