Add email addresses that may open a share link restricted to specific_emails. Each newly added address receives an email with the link; recipients verify their address before access. Existing or invalid addresses are reported in failed.

• path must be a path in the link's library on which the current user may generate share links; it is used for the permission check.
• The link must have been created with user_scope=specific_emails (otherwise 400 Share scope invalid.).

Requires the role permission to generate share links.

Requires a configured email service on the server (otherwise 400 feature is not enabled.).
