List all files and folders in a directory of the token's library.

• With recursive=1 all items below the directory are returned; the response then only contains dirent_list (without user_perm, dir_id, repo_name, permission/star/thumbnail information).
• With with_parents=true the items of all parent directories of path are included as well (e.g. for /a/b: /, /a and /a/b).
• mtime is returned as ISO 8601 timestamp.
