Update wiki config

Replace the complete wiki config (page tree and page list). Requires read-write permission on the wiki.

Note: The config is stored as sent and is not validated. Use Get wiki config first and send back the modified config.

ID of the wiki. For wikis (version 2) this is the ID of the underlying wiki library (repo_id, a 36-character UUID), as returned in the id / repo_id fields of List wikis. Numeric IDs of old wikis (/api/v2.1/wikis/) are not accepted.
