Get the members of a group page by page.
Since v13 the response contains total_count instead of page_info, and the avatar_size parameter is no longer supported.
Permission: System admin (is_staff) whose admin role grants can_manage_group. Admin roles with a restricted permission set (e.g. audit_admin, system_admin) receive 403.
