Remove the share link with the given token. Returns success if the link does not exist. A library root link that belongs to a published library (wiki) cannot be deleted.
Permission: System admin (is_staff) whose admin role grants other_permission. Admin roles with a restricted permission set (e.g. audit_admin, system_admin) receive 403.
