Convert an old wiki (version 1, numeric ID from /api/v2.1/wikis/) into a new wiki (version 2). A new wiki library is created and the content is converted asynchronously in the background; the response contains the ID of the background task.

The caller must be the creator of the old wiki and owner/admin of its library, and needs the role permission to create libraries. To create the new wiki as group-owned wiki, pass the group (department) ID in owner (group admins only).
