Create a new, empty wiki page (document file (.sdoc)) and add it to the page tree. Requires read-write permission on the wiki.

Without current_id, the page is added at the top level. With current_id and insert_position, it is inserted relative to that page. If a page with the same name exists on the same level, a suffix like (1) is appended.
