Returns all starred items of the current user: libraries first, then folders, then files (each sorted by modification time, newest first).

Since SecureCloud 13.0 starred items whose library, folder or file no longer exists are also returned, with deleted: true (and empty mtime). For images (and videos, if video thumbnails are enabled) encoded_thumbnail_src is returned when a thumbnail exists.
