Returns the names of all snapshot labels created by the current user (in all libraries), sorted alphabetically. A name appears once per labeled snapshot.

Note: The API also works if snapshot labels are not shown in the web interface. That setting (off by default) only controls whether the web interface shows labels and whether the library history (GET /api/v2.1/repos/{repo_id}/history/) returns them in the field tags.
